June 9 was a memorable day for Kaulig Giving as our team had the privilege of supporting two impactful initiatives dedicated to empowering youth across Northeast Ohio.
The day began alongside our longtime friends at the PitCCh In Foundation for CC Sabathia’s Annual Baseball Clinic at Luke Easter Park. More than 200 young athletes participated in a day filled with baseball instruction, mentorship, and encouragement from CC Sabathia, current and former professional athletes, and community leaders. Beyond the game itself, the clinic focused on building confidence, inspiring leadership, and creating lasting memories for Cleveland youth.
Later that afternoon, our team joined Cleveland Guardians Charities at Progressive Field for the annual Giveathon, where fans, partners, and supporters came together to raise an incredible $181,499 for the Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) program.
The RBI program uses baseball and softball as a platform to provide young people with opportunities that extend far beyond the field – fostering mentorship, academic success, leadership development, and access to the game for youth throughout Northeast Ohio. We’re proud to partner with Cleveland Guardians Charities and WKYC’s Power of Inspiration in helping expand opportunities for the next generation.
June 9 served as another reminder of the incredible impact that can be made when sports, community, and philanthropy come together with a shared purpose.
