The Kaulig Foundation provides grants to public charities in Northeast Ohio that focus on the well-being of children and families.
Samantha’s Gift of Hope is a periodic monetary award for those a part of Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility’s IVF 100% Guaranteed Plan in the Northeast Ohio office locations.
It’s important for us to support the well-being of children and families in our community. By doing this, we are investing in our future which is creating the largest and most lasting impact of all.

Kaulig Giving Eligibility Requirements & Giving Process
Life-Changing Opportunities Start Here
Eligibility Requirements
An applicant must be a 501(c)(3) organization and submit an application through the online portal at least 90 days prior to the event or project start date. Giving applications are received and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
Giving Process
Upon receipt of an application, it is reviewed, assessed, and discussed by our Giving team. Applicants should receive a reply within thirty days. Approval will be accompanied by important information, expectations, and follow-up work.
