Samantha’s Gift of Hope is a periodic monetary award for those a part of Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility’s IVF 100% Guaranteed Plan in the Northeast Ohio office locations.

Kaulig Giving Eligibility Requirements & Giving Process

Eligibility Requirements
An applicant must be a 501(c)(3) organization and submit an application through the online portal at least 60 days prior to the event or project start date. Giving applications are received and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
Giving Process
Upon receipt of an application, it is reviewed, assessed, and discussed by our Giving team. Applicants should receive a reply within thirty days. Approval will be accompanied by important information, expectations, and follow-up work.
