Each November, Kaulig Giving turns its philanthropic lens inward – empowering employees to support the causes closest to their hearts. Through Matt Kaulig’s Employee Giving Campaign, every Kaulig Companies team member is given the opportunity to direct a $1,000 donation to a nonprofit of their choice.
Now in its fifth year, this signature initiative has become a cornerstone of Kaulig’s giving culture. Nearly $150,000 is distributed annually to a wide range of nonprofits in both Ohio and North Carolina, making a meaningful difference in areas such as food insecurity, education, youth programs, and healthcare.
This campaign reflects the company’s belief that philanthropy is a team effort, and that when individuals are trusted and empowered to give, their impact reaches far beyond the workplace.
