Akron Children's Hospital

Our partnership with Akron Children’s Hospital is longstanding and deep. While a wide variety of projects and campaigns have been supported by Kaulig Giving and those a part of Kaulig Companies, two collaborations stand out. Matt and Lisa Kaulig have supported Walk for Babies since its inception, which benefits the hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit. Matt and Lisa now serve as honorary chairs of the event while Kaulig Giving is the presenting sponsor. Kaulig Companies CEO, Tim Clepper, launched SantaPICsU in 2012, and the organization “brings the healing power of giving to children and families in traumatic situations.” The Kaulig Companies team has rallied around Tim’s nonprofit, which delivers holiday gifts to children in the Akron Children’s Hospital pediatric intensive care unit every December. SantaPICsU also provides a meal for staff working on Christmas Eve.
